• You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer its code.

2. Health Disclaimer

Soularia provides subliminal audio tools for wellness and manifestation purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

3. Accounts & Content

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (if applicable).

• Any scripts or audio you create remain your responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights in the App, including curated subliminals, background sounds, and design, belong to Soularia.

• You may not copy, distribute, or resell the App or its content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments (if applicable)

• Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through the App Store/Google Play.

• All payments are processed by Apple or Google; we do not store payment details.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

• Use the App at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
